Ninth-gen Civic factory radios are tiny and have no CarPlay. Replace the radio with a 2012–2015 dash kit.

Do these keep the factory backup camera?

Check the spec list on each kit. After install, if reverse is blank, set the unit to CVBS/NTSC instead of AHD.
